Thanks to the extension of our premises and our investment in plastic injection presses from 100 Tons to 1,100 Tons, we can now not only produce the mold, but also the plastic injection for the production of custom parts in small and medium series.
In our injection workshop, we handle both internally produced tools and tools supplied by our various customers, according to their requests. Our flexibility is our strong point.
We are equipped with 5 new generation electric presses from 100T to 1100T as well as a 20+10T bridge.
After having taken note of the technical requirements for the material to be injected, our plastics expert can assemble the tools and adjust the injection parameters.
We carry out the first injections for the validation of your series tools which will allow you to integrate your molds into large series production.
Rheology can be made in order to validate the injection system.
Thanks to our experience we carry out your small and medium series injections in aluminum or steel prototype molds with manual or automatic demolding of the drawers.
We also master the injection of parts with bi-material, overmolding or integration of inserts.
A partnership with a specialized company allows us to recycle our plastic waste, or to grind the parts directly.
We optimize our production thanks to the robots and belts installed on each of our presses for a constant reduction in production costs.
