Your dedicated MECA MODELE 71 team (project managers & design office expert in plastic injection and foaming tools) will design your tools, always keeping in mind their feasibility, their perfect adaptation to quality production, all while respecting the deadline and cost of the final project.
After validation of the studies with the project manager and the client, the tools are taken care of in our workshop where all the production stages will be carried out for valuable responsiveness.
Machining is carried out on our latest generation UGV 5 AXES numerical controls equipped with laser for perfect machining precision with CAM programming (WORKNC). Our machines are in production 7 days a week, 24 hours a day thanks to the experience and machining skills of our technicians.
Our goal is to have optimized and quality machining results to facilitate the assembly and mounting of molds.
Our team of fitters and assemblers can then assemble the different parts of the tools and carry out rigorous adjustments to obtain a quality final product.
Validation of the joint plans on the press to be presented or on the customer’s mold holder is carried out after validation of the tool heating system.
On request, we can carry out inspections of the mold parts with our ROMER measuring arm.
The tooling can then either be shipped or go to our injection workshop – still on our site – which optimizes the lead time.
